FIX. Issue with YearlyRecurrence when using the "First Monday of January" rule
The occurrences and the navigation arrows are not displayed correctly when using YearlyRecurrence with the "First Monday of January" rule. The issue also appears with similar rule types.

This issue is very important for us also, because you can't even configure days like Labor Day or Memorial Day.  I believe that this worked better in previous versions. Although ticket #432924 may be related, and I saw it with a previous version.
