FIX exception when calling the LoadLayout method and using ColumnGroupsViewDefinition
1. Create a new project with RadGridView
2. Set ColumnGroupsViewDefinition
3. Save the layout by calling the SaveLayout method
4. Load the layout by calling the LoadLayout method
