ADD. RadDock - extend the behavior of Floating Windows with option for being owned by the main Form or act like normal Forms 
The user should be allowed to modify the default behavior of floating windows and decide whether they should be owned by the main Form or they should act like normal Forms - with Minimize/Maximize options and appearing in the System's Taskbar.

You need to set the Standalone property to true in the handler of the FloatingWindowCreated event if use Q2 2015 SP1 or higher version of Telerik UI for WinForms.
