ADD. RadRibbonForm - add functionality for ribbon merging in MDI scenario
Add support for the RadRibbonBars to have their items merged while in MDI mode.

Dear Team,

I anticipate that this feature should be available in any previous version of Telerik. As I observe, this feature was requested in 2013 and it remains absent from the current version (2025.2.520.462) of Telerik WinForms Controls. I have utilized this functionality with DevExpress and Infragistics third-party controls, which significantly reduces the developer's efforts in navigating child forms within the MDI parent, along with its Ribbon Menu. Both DevExpress and Infragistics have already offered this feature since 2015 or earlier.

I urge the Telerik Developer team to prioritize this feature and ensure its inclusion in the forthcoming release.
