FIX. RadRibbonBar - BackstageView - Switching the tabs does not change the content.
To reproduce:
- Change the ApplicationMenuStyle to BackstageView.
- Add some tabs with different content.
- Start the application and change the tabs several times, you will notice that the content is not changed.
