FIX. RadDropDownList when AutoSizeItems is set to true it does not get into account the size of the horizontal line if such exist.

FIX. RadDropDownList when AutoSizeItems is set to true it does not get into account the size of the horizontal line if such exist.

Workaround: This property could be used only if the line size is small 1-3 pixels.
