FIX. RadTextBoxControl - you can not type more than one polish char -"ą". Additionally, the whole text is cleared.

RadTextBoxControl - you can not type more than one polish char -"Ä…". 

Steps to reproduce:

Change keyboard to Polish(programmers)
Type "Ä…" while pressing right alt.

Workaround:
Use RadTextBox instead RadTextBoxControl.
