ADD. RadGridView - add support for ColumnGroupsViewDefinition and HtmlViewDefinition in Self-Referencing hierarchy 
When RadGridView is displaying a self-referencing it should be able to show the data with ColumnGroupsViewDefinition and HtmlViewDefinition.

Hi Kenneth,

For them time being we cannot engage with a time frame when this feature will be available. It is a major task that would request a lot of resources.
