Indeed, it seems that your requirement is a little different and not concerning this request. Please see your support thread, where we have added additional information for your case.

Support directed me to this enhancement. I'm not sure if this is what I'm talking about. What I want to be able to do is in the Report Filter section, I want to programmatically set the filter in the selection. The only option that is available is to set it in the Equals (ComparisonCondition). I've attached a screenshot of what I want to be able to do programmatically. The Year in my example is an Integer.
