FIX. RadColorDialog layout is messed up on Windows XP Korean
It seems that there are differences between Windows XP Korean and the English distributions which cause the OK and Cancel buttons of RadColorDialog to become hidden from view. RadColorDialog should be optimized to support both Windows distributions.

Hello,

Try changing the DPI settings from your OS to 100% scaling. This might do the trick,  it did for me.
However this is not a permanent fix beacause expecting an end user to do this for your application should not be necessary.
