FIX. RadScrollViewer with WrapLayoutPanel does not scroll correctly
If you fill a WrapLayoutPanel with some content and set it to the ViewPort property of the RadScrollViewer, you will notice that RadScrollViewer will not scroll the panel correctly.

Hello,

This reported behavior is not reproduced with the latest Q1 2026 (2026.1.210) version of the Telerik UI for WinForms.

This is why I will close this item and set its status to "Declined" on our feedback portal. Please upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements added to our components.
