ADD Year list in RadCalendar - set MonthStep property in CalendarNavigationElement
It will be nice if RadCalendar can show a popup list containing years. Currently, it supports only a list of months.

Other Telerik RAD Control families have a Year Month picker. There is a real nice one for ASP.NET. It would great if WinForms had it too. Look at this link from a Telerik page:
