ADD Define custom position of DesktopAlert
One should be able to show a DesktopAlert at a custom position on the screen, defined by (x,y) coordinates.

Would be useful to have custom positions and/or to be able to specify the location based on the form that has launched. 
A dialogue window E.g. Have the alter pop up in the botton left corner of the dislogue window.
