ADD TimePicker control
One should be able to pick and type only the time portion of a datetime value.

Adding a TimePicker control would be very usefull to me.  Using the RadDateTimePicker for when all I need is time is a little cumbersome.  Thanks, Rich Elliott

Using Telerik's RadDateTimePicker, you can set the Format to Time and in addition you can choose to ShowUpDownArrows.
When checking the value, you just ignore the date part.
