FIX. RadTreeView - the Enabled property cannot be set in Property builder if the RadTreeView is already data-bound via Property builder

The Enabled property cannot be set in PropertyBuild if the RadTreeView is already data-binded via Property builder

Workaround:

Set the property at run-time.
