RadGrid's HierarchyRowTraverser throws an exception when all levels are expanded and filter is applied
Please, tests with the attached project.

I have noticed this issue not necessarily when all levels are expanded, but rather when there is enough content so a vertical scroll bar is needed and filtering is applied when the scroll bar is scrolled all the way down.
