FIX. MSAA - when using reader software (JAWS) and enter into a child record in a heiarchy RadGridView reader reads DBNull
When user enter into a child record in a heiarchy RadGridView Jaws reads DBNull. When user go back, the proper field is read.

I understand that this is not a priority for Telerik but I fail to understand how the controls were marked MSAA compliant

also noticed that sometimes no values are read at all.

This also occurs when you go from an on screen cell to an off screen cell, most likely due to accessibility is using the currentcell value, which shows as dbnull when a cell is offscreen
