TimePicker popup position
TimePicker has incorrect popup position if set option:
popup: {
   position: 'top right'
}

Hello,

Thank you for your report. Indeed, the behavior is expected due to the fact that the position is responsible for the way and direction the popup is opened. However, you should make a combination between the origin and position options for the optimal result:
