Fish Bone diagram is a nice feature which is very useful for the applications to provide the root cause analysis in any vertical.
Syncfusion is having a nice in built control to do the same.

A similar feature from Kendo UI is needed to include it in our existing applications.
To submit a public request, you need to select the "make public" checkbox just above the Submit button in the final step. I moved this one to the public portal for you, and here's the link: https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/1414049-fish-bone-diagram.
In the meantime, you can create a similar diagram by using the tree layout and the left layout sub-type: https://dojo.telerik.com/@bratanov/UNewUJUq.
You can also review the following sample application that helps end users build diagrams and provides several visualTemplate examples for diagram shapes: https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/html5-diagram-sample-app (you can read more on visuals here and here, and in the rest of the API docs of the diagram and of connectors). With that, it is likely that you can build a very similar diagram at this very moment. The linked Syncfusion demo is essentially the same - the controller creates a data source of specially styled shapes and connectors that are then rendered in a standard diagram, so this mostly boils down to creating the data source and to customizing the shapes/connectors.
I created this as a feature request but still this is created as a support ticket.
