Add labelling and tooltips to chart plot bands
Plotband functionality for RadHtmlCharts in UI for Asp.net AJAX definitely needs the ability to add tooltips and labels, otherwise the plotband is meaningless.

Yes a label would be useful on a plot band.

This is a long pending feature. Anything done on this? 
Plot band is just another object for me inside chart like series, axis etc. I would like to see all the options and events that are available for other objects in this object too. It should have click event, tooltip property, different color options, text inside option, font for inside text property, border property, gradient property etc. Also more importantly, it should have a data object which can hold any data that can be used when clicking the plotband or showing tooltip.
Let me know if the requirement is clear.

Matt, can you elaborate further on what kind of tooltips and labels you would find meaningful when using plot bands with Kendo UI charts? this will help us evaluate your request better.

References to other html/js charts which have this feature would be helpful as well.
