Any News about Ummul Qura Calender for Saudi Arabia?  We have large community using Telerik Controls. 

It would definitely  add value to your controls for Saudi Arabian market.

Indeed, the US is not the whole world! our customers from the middle east depend on the Hijri calendar. We have a real problem at this moment.
I cannot imagine that it is that much work to change the number of days used in year...

I am facing two different issues only for "ar-SA"

1) For culture default date format "dd/MM/yy" : Date selection like "31/12/37", It should not available in calender control due to it is not valid date).
2) I thinks some issues in year part. 2014 should be 1435 , 
2) When I set date format as "dd/MMM/yy", I seem the form submit doesn't work on button click but I have checked               $("form").kendoValidator().data().kendoValidator.validate() is true.

please give me an option to set custom calendar like jalali calendar to support all calandar not just georgian calendar

when i set my culture in view to arabic the default calendar should be the Hijra calendar

It would be great if your calendar and date picker to support different calendar types (like Hijri calanders: Shamsi & Ghamari). For this support you need an interface for of your all date functionality instead of calling the date class methods. I can help you if you accept it :-)
