Almost 9 months and still no improvement? Are you still working on it?

I can only agree that it´s not an acceptable solution to turn DPI scaling off. I have seen this problem in all Telerik versions since version 2017.1.221 and it still exist in the 2018.1.220 version. My only solution is to not upgrade from 2017.1.221 but that is really not acceptable either since we cannot take advantage of new versions.

Hi all,
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to clarify that this issue is very hard and its source located outside of our code base. We do our best to resolve it for R1 2018 (and for the service pack) without success.
We continue to work on the issue. Thank you for your understanding.

It looked like the fix for this was scheduled for R! 2018. I have upgraded to that build and it does not look like it was addressed. Am I missing a setting or something?

The workaround really is not acceptable as turning off DpiScaling makes having a DPI aware application completely pointless. Sure hope this gets fixed soon.
