FIX. ConversionTool - the converter tool cannot be executed on 32 bit operating system even if the correct NET version is available. 
To reproduce:
- Try running the tool on a 32-bit operating system.
- The tool reports that the correct version is not installed.
 
Workaround:
Manually create the registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full

The cre4ate the following DWORD 32-bitValue:
 Release 60636

This is shown in the attched iamge as well.
