ADD. RadDropDownList - add focus indicator for DropDownList style
When pressing the tab and RadDropDownList gets focus, there is no visual feedback to see which control has the focus.

i'm leaving telerik radcontrols because of this problem!

This issue has been around for months and has not been addressed. 
I'm very disappointed to see that we now need to vote to get a known bug fixed.
In light of this, I'm reviewing the value of the substancial maintenance fees that I have been paying.
