Hi Stefan,

as indicated in the support thread you've sent, the document does not comply to the pdf specification, hence the missing text. It is advisable to reach out to the producer of the files to see if they can do something.

Hi Dimitar,

when do you think, this fix will be scheduled? For our solution it is a great problem, because we received this kind of PDF-files from a partner-software, where we can't influence the pdf-production.
