FIX. RadRibbonBar - when there is an button in a tab or group it stays marked when the mouse down (right mouse button) occurs in the same control, but the mouse is not released over it

To reproduce:
- Press and hold right mouse button.
- Move mouse cursor outside bounds of the button.
- Release mouse button - the button fill is not correct.
