FIX. RadRichTextBox - HtmlFormatProvider does not preserve multiple newlines when exporting.

To reproduce:
- Add a RadRichTextBox to a blank form and type some text divided by at least one empty line.
- Export the document with HtmlFormatProvider.
- You will notice that the new(empty) lines are not saved.


Resolution: 
This issue is addressed in the new version of the control - RadRichTextEditor. Please use the new control instead the RadRichTextBox.
