Sort icons are missing in the FileManager's Grid view when you sort by date

Bug report

In the Grid view of the FileManager, if you choose to Sort By Date from the Toolbar, the sort icon in the Grid's column header is missing.

Reproduction of the problem

  1. Open the Overview demo - https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/filemanager/index
  2. Select the Grid View from the Toolbar
  3. Choose Sort By Date Created
  4. Sort the content from the Toolbar

Current behavior

The sort arrow icons are missing in the Grid's column header

Expected/desired behavior

The icons should be visible

Hello, Sarfaraz,

The message you received was about a separate support ticket where the scenario was discussed. As mentioned in the message, our support tickets close automatically when there's 7-days inactivity. This is how our ticketing system currently works, but it has no relation to whether the bug has been fixed or not.

The bug report is currently with status Unplanned, which means that а developer is not yet assigned to fix the issue. Please keep following the thread for a change in the status, e.g. "Planned", "In Development", or "Completed".

Hi Telerik Team,

We got the email that due to inactivity on this issue, the ticket has been closed. A screenshot of the email for ref has been added below.

However, there has been no updated on the resolution. Can you please review and reopen the ticket.

Also, is there a way to not have this automatic closure being done in future?
