Thank you all for the feedback and for clearly describing your use cases, having drag-and-drop available in the Upload's synchronous mode to support full-form submissions is a well-understood need.

At this time, the drag-and-drop functionality in the Kendo UI Upload is available only in asynchronous mode, as stated in our documentation. Extending it to synchronous mode is a genuine architectural addition, not a simple configuration toggle.

This item is on our radar, but prioritization is driven by votes, customer interview findings, and overall demand trends. With the current number of votes, we cannot commit to a near-term delivery, but every vote and comment here directly influences our roadmap planning.
