No built-in method for getting the current checked state

Hello.

I'm using the ToggleButton, but there are no methods for getting the current "checked" state.

Ref: https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/ui/togglebutton

I want to check the state unrelated to the toggle event.

I know there are workarounds, which I'm currently using, but implementing a method checked() or similar should be very easy.

I hope you can add such method in one of the upcoming releases.

Thank you.

Pål

Hi Pål,

I see the benefit of having a checked() method, thus, I converted this support thread to a feature request. Usually items that gain lots of popularity get included in the RoadMap for implementation.

As for now, you can use the current workaround you have implemented.

Nikolay
