Introduce Overflow Menu Order

Hi Team,

I would like to request a built-in way to set the order of items for the overflow menu in a different manner compared to the non-overflow items in the toolbar.

In addition to this, it would be interesting to be able to provide an alternative during the resizing phase: such as displaying only an icon without text.

If the icon doesn't even fit in the toolbar div, then this too will overflow.
