Template MVVM components lost after expanding

Based on the MVVM demo: https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/treelist/mvvm

DoJo: https://dojo.telerik.com/aYocadiS

Description: MVVM TreeList with column template, inside the template is a MVVM button.

Steps to reproduce:

- open the DoJo

- Button is rendered correctly

- expand a row

- Buttons are now messed up and don't work anymore

Hello Jonas,

There is such an enhancement issue logged in our Feedback Portal and below you will find a link to the item:

- https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/1626966-how-to-properly-define-widget-inside-column-template

As marked on the label of the issue in the Feedback portal its milestone is R1.2024-Increment.1(15.Nov.2023). With the enhancement, the template will not be rerendered when the rows in the TreeList are expanded/collapsed. 

With the above said I will mark the current thread as 'Duplicated'.

Addition: Column show/hide also triggers this problem.
