Arrow navigation in filter component skips most options

When I navigate through the drop down on the left side to select a field to filter on, it will only grab the first 2 and the last option. When the element is opened it will properly go through all options. Reproducer: https://dojo.telerik.com/AruwArIP

Hi Lynn,

Indeed this behavior is rather strange, it seems to be related to the inner binding of the model to the dropdowns. We need some additional time to investigate this. I will get back to you in this thread with our finding as soon as possible.
