Kendo Button does not have 'badge' property in typescript definition

I beg your pardon for the delayed reply.

The Button typings indeed miss the badge configuration. That is why I have opened the following bug issue in our public repository. As a small token of gratitude for reporting the above, I have updated your Telerik points.
