Hello,
I tested once again, but on my end, I am unable to reproduce the same behaviour? Can you specify the keys pressed in sequence, maybe I am doing something wrong with the keys used (include navigation keys as well - tab, down, up, etc)?
Also, are you able to reproduce the same issue after double-clicking in the cell?
And on a side note, I see a difference in the IME used on your end, I am setting up the default, basic Japanese IME from Windows 10. Can you confirm whether you are using the same one?

Ianko

Hi,
We tried reproducing the issue following the steps provided, but there was no problem with the first character. Here you are a video demonstration to check if there is something we are missing to reproduce the scenario.
