Updating the dateInput format of the Timepicker via setOptions display number for the seconds part

timepicker._dateInput.setOptions({
 	format:"HH:mm:ss"
 })

Expected/desired behavior
The updated format shall receive no number for the seconds part.

the same applies to DatePicker and DateTimepicker.
