Badge typescript declaration in jQuery interface is missing

Bug report

The declaration in the jQuery interface (kendo.all.d.ts) is missing:

kendoBadge(): JQuery;
 kendoBadge(options: kendo.ui.BadgeOptions): JQuery;
 data(key: "kendoBadge"): kendo.ui.Badge

Hello,

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention again. I could confirm it is logged in our public GitHub backlog where you could observe its status:

We cannot give a firm estimation when the issue is going to be resolved, however, I've raised its Priority in our public backlog so it will be addressed sooner.
