There aren't really mechanisms that can be used to integrate such a functionality. Virtualization is possible for the grid but there one has a list type of structure whereas the pivot has tree types of structures for row headers. Moreover the component performs aggregations and when bound to local data aggregating when scrolling may cause a performance penalty instead of speeding-up the component. That said I am marking the item as declined.
