NumericTextBox shouldn't show decimals when the number is minus
NumericTextBox is setted propery decimals="0" that means there shouldn't be decimals and it works well when a value is not minus. 
But when a value is minus it allows decimals.

Hi, Mykhailo,

Based on the provided information, I have created a sample project. I have tested out both cases - setting positive and negative numbers. Regardless, the decimals are always reset and not take into account.

Could you test out the example and see if the behavior could be replicated there? If yes, let me know the needed steps:
