Make the Calendar footer accessible for screen readers

Currently, users are unable to access the footer of the calendar in the DatePicker and the Calendar itself using the keyboard.

Please improve the accessibility of the widget so it can be navigated with the keyboard and read by screen readers.

Hi Gary,

Generally the footer inside the Calendar can be focused by pressing tab after navigating inside the calendar table. However this approach will not work for the DatePicker. 

Modifying the keyboard navigation to access the footer for example with the arrow keys would be a breaking change to the current keyboard navigation. That said I am declining this feature request.

What we can do is to add a shortcut to the keyboard navigation which to navigate or navigate and select the today date.
