Just to make the point clear. It's not a feature, it's a bug....

We are also encountering the same issue. Any possibility of this feature being implemented?

Hi Mohammad,

I cannot say when this request will be implemented. As mentioned in my previous reply, the implementation depends on the community interest to a given feature. The more votes the current request collect, the bigger the chance for its sooner implementation is.

The major functionalities on which we work during each release cycle are listed on our RoadMap page. You can check the page after each release we publish and see if the DropDownTree server filtering is planned to be implemented in the next release period.

Hi Bo,

The server filtering functionality is still not implemented for the DropDownTree component and this is the reason for the described behavior.

The idea of the current Feature request is to measure the interest to the server-filtering functionality in the DropDownTree component among the community. Based on the votes the current feature request collects we might consider the implementation of such functionality in the future.

Hello everyone,

If I use a HierarchicalDataSource with serverFiltering set to true, filter requests are actually being sent to the remote data source. The problem is though, that already selected items can not be removed any more after the dataSource has been reloaded, probably due to changed uid's. Is there a workaround for this?

Bye,

Bo
