Add .toolTip option to NumericTextBox.
There is s set precedence among many of your Kendo UI controls in providing a tool tip option, yet the NumericTextBox is not one of them.

Hi,

Generally when you hover over the numeric the title attribute is shown in a tooltip. Could you please elaborate whether there are special requirements and could you please elaborate in detail on them? If just displaying some text in a tooltip is sufficient I suggest modifying the title attribute.
