Add the ability to set min and max time of DateTimePicker
Currently min and max on DateTimePicker does not restrict time ranges. It only restricts min datetime and max datetime. 
Not time range within each date.

We need possibilty to set min time and max time to select like time picker has.

Hello,

Just a quick not to check if the desired functionality is to be able to change the date from the calendar but have a restriction on the available time slots?
