support grid locked columns with async multi line templates

Hi Scott,

The Locked columns feature of the Grid relies on synchronizing the heights of the frozen and non-frozen part of the Grid. Changing the data in some of the cells after the Grid is rendered would override the synchronized row heights and will prevent the locked columns functionality to work as expected.
