Additional functionality for:
-- Conditional Formatting -- coloring of cells, for example based upon a value and then be able to import from excel, and export back out.
-- Data Validation (dropdowns).  Also be able to import and export back out.

Hello Naveen,

We recently had an internal effort to review all the outstanding items in the Feedback Portal and close the once that were implemented. Thus the item is not necessarily completed with the latest release.

This particular item is closed as the functionality for conditional formating of cells is already available. You can review in the documentation linked below:

The import and export of data validation is also supported. You can review it in the Validation demo:

Finally, note that we are aware of an issue with exporting conditionally formatted cells, that has been logged in our public repository:

https://github.com/telerik/kendo-ui-core/issues/5601
