Provision to enter mathematical equation in numeric text box
Dear All,  

There should be a provision to enter numeric equations like

=15.75.90*24/100

and on hitting enter it should calculate result and fill in text box being edited.

Also there should be one calculator attached to numeric text box, can be opened or closed using F4 and after calculating result should be copied to text box.

Feel free to submit a separate suggestion for a calculator component on our feedback portal, Surinder. Based on the interest indicated it might be contemplated for future Kendo UI releases.

Dear All,

I am saying about simple calculations using +-*/ only.
What about calculator?

Thanks for the proposal, Surinder.

Actually we don't have plans for adding formula calculation capabilities to our numeric textbox widget. 

This was discussed internally and we decided not to support such a scenario internally, but rather leave the developer to extend the numeric textbox widget in case he wants to provide these calculating capabilities..
