to enable the feature of alphabetical paging in the kendo grid
To have a paging option based on the alphabetical order for certain column instead of number paging

Hi,

The requested functionality is more related to filtering than to paging. Moreover it will be related to one column only whereas the paging is related to the entire set.

Nevertheless it can be achieved by disabling the paging for the grid and placing an UI compoenent which to hold the alphabet. Once a letter is clicked one can use the filter method of the grid datasource to filter the grid thus achieving the desired goal.
