Support cascade editors when using in-cell edit mode of grid.
The data-cascade-from-field option requires a DOM id to function. Due to the nature of in-cell editing, the DropDownList appears only when the field is clicked.

A potential fix would be to allow us to configure cascade through the model rather than the UI.

Hi,

The cascading functionality is related to the DropDownLists, the Grid does not "know" that there are dropdowns as editors for some columns. Meaning we should introduce logic to check for dropdowns which breaks separation of concerns. That said I would recommend altering the edit mode if cascading is required(please check this KB).
