Chart Scrolling via scrollbar the new panning feature is not intuitive for users
This should work like your silverlight version

How would a user even know to drag across the chart? At least with a scroll bar it is obvious to the user. Also from what I have seen so far there is limited control using the drag technique. I am also having trouble getting the panning to work dynamically with our data which I am in the process of working through with your help desk. I am happy to forward screenshots to illustrate issues so far? Please supply email address.

We made usability research before implementing this feature, and the solution we chose was contemplated most intuitive from the majority of the test users.

Note that along with the panning feature of the chart to navigate between past or present data, you can also use SHIFT + mouse drag region selection to 'zoom in' data for a specific time period.
