make kendo treelist drag and drop function custom
kendo tree list drag and drop function has only ui support.it's good if it will be customable.

The drag and drop functionality for the treelist is customizable, it is only that with the editable > move setting you enable the drag and drop behavior, Michael.

You can verify that by extending the following code example in the API section of the treelist docs: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/ui/treelist#configuration-editable.move
